Sewing for our smallest makers

From learning to use a sewing machine to hand sewing techniques or fashion illustration, kids from ages 4 to 12 can join the fun.

Kids’ sewing classes are limited to four students to make sure everyone gets the attention they need to complete their project.

Sewing machines are equipped with speed control and finger guards to ensure safety during the class.

Every class begins with an introduction to the machine and an overview of how to handle tools and equipment properly and safely.

Ages 7-12
One 1.5 hour workshop for students to learn the basics and bring home a completed project.
Ages 7-12
Four 1.5 hour sessions. Perfect for kids to master new skills and techniques and complete every aspect of their project.
Ages 6-12
Learn about fashion illustration through single or 4-week sessions.
Ages 4-6
Join in on a variety of fun and safe textile arts.

Nothing! Unless your course specifically mentions bringing something (like a garment to mend or your own sewing pattern) just bring yourself. Everything you need to complete a project will be provided.
Of course! Absolute beginners will have as much fun as the seasoned veteran.
Yes, absolutely! From ages 4 to 12, they will be able to discover the joy of sewing. Our machines have speed control and finger guards to ensure safety. Each class begins with an introduction to the machine as well as safe and proper handling of tools.
